About Us

Robert D. Ledman is a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent with twenty-two years of experience across multiple lines of insurance. He began his career under the mentorship of his father-in-law, a man who had seen and done it all in his thirty-five years as an agent. Robert quickly learned the ropes and encountered many types of policies. After five years, he joined a brokerage agency to help other agents solve their clients' insurance problems. He gained expansive knowledge about different insurance scenarios (and pitfalls) that a person, family, or company could encounter. After serving many years at the brokerage and armed with an enormous body of expertise, Robert branched out on his own. He works primarily with health insurance (ACA on- and off-exchange, short term major medical), alternative health plans (health share plans), Medicare products (Medicare supplements, Medicare advantage, part D plans), life insurance (term, whole life, universal life), and group policies. He also experience with many other types of policies including occupational accident, disability, AD&D, annuity, and other retirement planning products.

Jennifer Triplett, a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent, joined our team after years of teaching students of multiple ages. Now, with several years of insurance under her belt, she brings a sense of humor and a lot of know-how.  Julie French was brought in for extra case management support, and Melinda Ledman, also a long-time licensed agent, rounds out the group with marketing, systems, and tech support.

Our team represents decades of experience in the life and health insurance industry. As one agent from his former brokerage expressed, "Robert, you know a whole lot about a whole lot of things."
